We must choose to live forever.

Do we go to hell unless we choose to become "born again" (saved)?

Yes. We are all bound to hell by default because of our sin. If a person does not choose the path of forgiveness through our savior Jesus the Christ and become born again (saved when they die) according to the New Testament of the Word of God they shall perish in the torments of hell forever where the sinful are literally burned alive forever.

How? The eternal disposition of our eternal soul is inextricably tied to our choice in this lifetime. Our choice is personal and individual to us and nobody can make it for you, ever, so never let them try. If you believe the ways of God and His Word are not completely sufficient for you, you will make the wrong choice.

The death of Jesus on the cross was payment for our sins. Believe it! That payment gives every person the “power to become” eternally alive as the sons of God by choice when they believe in Jesus-the Word and repent of their sins.

  • But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. John 1:12-13.

Again, each of us must make our own choice regarding the final disposition of our eternal soul. Examine your source of truth. If it's of God you will choose rightly. If it's of yourself and the world, you will choose wrongly.

Therefore, our will of man chooses in response to our own spirit of truth. We choose either:

  1. Eternal life by the will of God, starting the moment we exercise the power that Jesus gave us to become a son of God if we believe His Word, or
  2. Eternal death by the will of our flesh (i.e., as we desire) if we believe our own truth.

Consider the choice as a stack:

  1. Will of God (Life)
  2. will of man (Choice)
  3. Will of the flesh (Death)

Up or down? It's your Choice. You must choose. The default is damnation because you have chosen to retain your sin. Beware, those who forego salvation, including the fake Christians who reject the Word of God yet claim to be saved, are sentenced to die an eternal second death in hell with the enemy (the devil).

Do we become a child of the Holy Spirit (God) by choice?

Yes, but don't lie to yourself as if God won't know. Jesus died openly, and we do too, meaning our repentance must be real. He gave His life to save ours from the death penalty, but His death on the cross by itself does not give us eternal life; otherwise, everyone would be saved, and nobody would go to hell, not even the devil.

Still, the Father's forgiveness is complete through Christ so there must be something we get the devil could never get. We get the Holy Ghost (the Spirit of Truth) to dwell in us as the born again IF we repent. We receive the Holy Ghost through repentance. The devil and children of the devil will never repent!

The devil is bound in fear of God's wrath and shall not repent because it would not ancannot. The enemy/the devil is death. Are you a child of the devil or born again and a child of God? Believe and choose wisely.

Your decision is personal because nobody can "pray you into heaven" as if they have some control over your soul or anything to do with its eternal disposition. Such talk is stupid because it is contrary to the Bible, and the promise of salvation to each person who believes in the gospel of Jesus Christ is personal. Stated another way, the promise of salvation has no middleman other than Jesus who made it happen.

Get the stale religion and self-serving corporate priests out of your way and commune with your Father, brother (Jesus), and your born-again family, or die in hell blindly following a bogus doctrine. It's your choice. Jesus said:

  • I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Luke 13:3 and 5.

We CHOOSE to confess our sinfulness based on a belief in the death of Jesus on the cross as payment for our sins to get them washed away. We CHOOSE to repent from sin to be renewed unto eternal life by the Spirit of Truth (the Holy Ghost). BOTH are required to become Born Again and saved.

God and the New Testament of the King James Bible.

We must repent from our sinful lifestyle.

The "cost" for salvation is the sinful lifestyle we lived before becoming born again.

Get the sin out of your life.

Did someone forget to tell you that?

Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.

1 Corinthians 7:23.

Salvation is no doubt a gift. However, when you choose to become born again and live forever by the Spirit as the "saved" when your mortal body dies, "you are not your own" to do as you want as you did before, hence the cost.

  • What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.

For example, nobody professing to be a "LGBTQ whatever" is born again. The concept is impossible because the alphabet culture is of the flesh and the born again are of the Spirit. You cannot live for the flesh and the Spirit, and nobody who is born again ever seeks to justify their own flesh. If you are LGBTQ+ whatever, you enjoy that lifestyle in the flesh. It is not of God, the Spirit.

The world justifies the flesh and its sin.

  • ...know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. James 4:4.

Please note that God said trying to do both, i.e., living born again as a friend of the world in the pursuits of the flesh doesn't work.

  • So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Revelation 3:16.

No. There is no such thing as a sin that does not require repentance, and the concept doesn't even make sense. God hates ALL sins and loves all sinners. He sent Jesus as the atonement for ALL sins of the believers in Jesus-the Word. The Father didn't leave any sins out of His promise of forgiveness unto salvation.

  • Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. Galatians 6:7-8.

The Father sent Jesus to die for all sins and for everyone who believes Jesus is the savior of the world according to the Word. The Father wants everybody to be saved by His son, Jesus the Christ.

By way of reproof using common sense, why would God the Father allow some sins to be "blessed away" by a sinful man acting as God, or even referring to man as such? He wouldn't!

Please note: Having sinful men bless away sins is not only stupid but a murderous doctrine of the middleman religions. Be not deceived, God the Father has reserved His wrath and a lake of fire for the enemy, sin, death, and the unrepentant. Addressing whether or not some sins are worse than others, Jesus said of the "little white lies" many religions like to excuse or bless away by a robed seminarian supplanting God:

  • I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Luke 13:3 and 5.

As a Father, He seeks a personal relationship with each of us. Hence, the name "Father" is reserved for God the Father, and ONLY God the Father. As part of the new covenant we are under now, the pope and priests should not be called Father, and no Jew other than Jesus should be called Rabbi.

  • But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Matthew 23:8-9.

Therefore, why do the Catholics and other religions call their priests "father" when Jesus specifically said not to do that? Similarly, why do people call some Jewish religious leaders "Rabbi" when Jesus specifically said not do to that?

Yes.

We know:

  • Jesus is the Word of God.
  • Jesus said eternal life is available for us through belief in Him-the Word.
  • Jesus proved eternal life is real and available through believing in the Word, in Him.
  • The Word speaks of a "second death" in a lake of fire (hell) for the unsaved (verses below).

Why test what He said about a second death in hell by wagering your eternal soul when eternal life is easily available? It just doesn't make sense.

  • He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. Revelation 2:1.
  • Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. Revelation 20:6.
  • And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.  Revelation 20:14.
  • But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and  whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Revelation 21:8.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."

Luke 13:3 and 5.

God is just. His Word divides the just from the unjust.

Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:

Luke 12:51.

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

Matthew 10:34.

As the Father gives Himself as the Holy Spirit, Jesus gave Himself so we may become children of God by that same Spirit according to the Father's will.

  • But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: John 1:12.
  • But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;... Titus 3:3-7.

Jesus did many other things too numerous to mention.

  • And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen. John 21:25.

No. Jesus said He did not come to send peace on earth, but a sword (Luke 12:51 and Matthew 10:34 above).

  • ...and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Ephesians 6:17.

The Word is what divides mankind into two groups. It separates the believers as the saved from the unbelievers who remain the damned.

  • For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12.

Yes, Jesus proved it. The scriptural proof is presented in the Foundations following this one. For now, consider this:

  • And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan,... Luke 4:1.

The Word and Holy Ghost in us are the means by which we are adopted into the Spirit, the family of God, and do the Father's will.

The Word and the Holy Ghost live in us when we are born again because we are the "body of Christ".

  • Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. 1 Corinthians 12:27.

The Spirit lives in the born again, and our lives in this world are said to be "in Him." As part of the "body of Christ" today, we are the people who represent Him as His ambassadors in this world, i.e., His disciples. Thus, we must be equipped as He was to do the things He did as He said we would.

  • Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. John 14:12.

Hell is for unbelievers.

The Word of God.

Death do we part!

When our flesh dies, our eternal soul follows the destination of our spirit (truth) inside it.

The souls of the saved, born again by the Word and the Holy Ghost (Spirit of Truth), will be taken home to heaven and live forever in the paradise of our Father with Jesus. The rest go the hell.

Yes. Remember, we are made in the image and likeness of God. He is eternal and so are we even though we have this natural body on earth. After we die our body goes through a transformation into a spiritual body that does not age as it does on earth when our body dies and is "buried".

  • It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 1 Corinthians 15:44.

The key is what is our final destination? What is that place where we as a whole, soul, spirit (truth), and body resides eternally after our body dies? There are only two options. (Hint: Choose option 1, eternal life.)

  1. Everyone born again will be saved and lived in heaven with Jesus and the Father.
  2. Everyone who is not born again will not be saved. They are the lost the Bible speaks of; and the lost shall burn in hell as an eternal second death.

Becoming "born again" means you are born of the Spirit of God. The rebirth exists inside your natural body before your body dies on this earth. It is the time of your life on earth when the Holy Ghost (Spirit of Truth), from the Father Himself,  personally teaches you all things and reminds you of what Jesus, the Word, said. When the natural body of those who are born again dies, the Spirit of Truth (Holy Ghost) in them takes them home to the opulence (splendor) of heaven. Basically, the Spirit goes home and you get to go with it!

If your spirit of truth (as a human) lives for the will of the flesh, you will follow it to hell. If your spirit of truth (as a human) has a witness being the Word and the Holy Ghost (God's Spirit of Truth) you go to heaven to be with Jesus, the Father, and your royal (born again) siblings forever.

  • Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my  words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. John 14:23.

The Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit, is the ticket to heaven. Those who are not born again, have no ticket to heaven. They shall enter hell and be burned forever in a never-ending second death with the enemy, the devil.

  • And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28.

The moment the body of our flesh dies, the souls of whoever chose to be born again shall be given a glorified body and be taken up to heaven and live forever in paradise with Him, Jesus the Word. Please note, many will not repent even though they have their earthly lifetime to do it. Those people live by the will of their flesh and in justification of it. They are the vessels fitted for destruction.

  • What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: Romans 9:22.
  • And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28.

By contrast, the souls of whoever are NOT born again, remain unregenerate unto eternal death and their body and soul shall suffer the torments of hell where God's wrath burns His enemies forever, the opposite of paradise.

There is no third option, but remember:

  • For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Romans 3:23-26.

We, the born again, say it like this:

  • For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:3-7.
