Jesus was a man. Jesus has a soul (life). Jesus has a body (servant). Jesus has a spirit (truth) in Him.

Human history and the New Testament of the King James Bible.

Jesus the man (mankind) and Jesus the Word (Godkind).

Jesus is a child of the Father (Godkind, of the Spirit) and a human child (mankind, of the flesh).

Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Matthew 1:23, see also Isaiah 7:14.

Yes. The Word of God in the Old Testament of the Bible foretold the coming of a person born directly of God as the only begotten Son of God in the flesh (explained below).

At the appointed time set by the Father and consistent with His Word, the Father's Spirit of Truth (the Holy Ghost) bore witness to the truth of those prophecies, and Jesus was born a human child of a woman (flesh) and of God (Holy Spirit).

  • Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. Matthew 1:18.
  • But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. Matthew 1:20.

Because Jesus is the Son of God by the power of the Holy Spirit, and more specifically by the power of the Holy Ghost bearing witness to the truth of the Word of God, Jesus became the offspring of God, the (Holy) Spirit.

  • ...that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. John 3:6b.

To appreciate who and what Jesus is as the first and only begotten human child of the Father (God-the Holy Spirit), we must know that the nature of the parents always determines the nature of their offspring. For example, zebras (animals) are born from zebras as animals, sparrows (birds) from sparrows as birds, perch (fish) from perch as fish, and people (humans) from people as humans. (Hybrid animals do not reproduce.)

Being born of God means being born of the Holy Spirit, or simply the Spirit (of God).

  • That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. John 3:6.

Jesus was born a human child (mankind-of the flesh) and God the Father's son (the Godkind, of the holy "Spirit"). Jesus was a man. He had the Spirit in Him, making Him God with us humans.

Recall that every person, including Jesus, has a body (servant), soul (life), and spirit (truth) in them. Recall, the Father's Word is His servant and His offspring in the Spirit because it originates from Him.

  • Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles. Isaiah 42:1 and Matthew 12:18.

Stated another way, in the context of the Spirit, the Word of God is also the Holy Spirit (God) as the offspring (issue) from God the Father Himself, just like our words are the offspring (issue) from us when we speak.

From the moment of conception, Jesus's spirit (the truth in Him) was purely different from ours. Jesus received His spirit (truth) from the Father, God the Holy Spirit, as the "offspring" of the Father. The spirit (truth) in Jesus IS the Father's Word, and the Word is part of the Holy Spirit (God). God the Father presented His Word as one of His personas (persons) within that baby human named Jesus. The Word of God in Jesus made Him Emmanuel, "God with us" (Matthew 1:23; see also Isaiah 7:14).

  • In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God...And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John 1:1 and 1:14

Therefore, the spirit (truth) of Jesus IS the Word of God from the Father as the offspring of the Father in the Spirit and the flesh. Jesus, a man, knew who He was from the inside out. He knew the God part of Him was the Word (Spirit) inside Him (spirit). Recall, every person has a body, soul, and spirit in them.

  • To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation...For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2 Corinthians 5:19-21.

Moreover, Jesus knew that any "good" in Him was of God, the Spirit, and more specifically, the Word of God the Father. The body of Jesus was human, like ours.

  • And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. Mark 10:18; see also Luke 18:19 and Matthew 19:17.

The Word of God IS the spirit/Spirit (man's truth/God's truth) inside the man named Jesus.

  • In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God...And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John 1:1 and 1:14.

The phrase "the Word was made flesh" (John 1:14 above) means the Word (Spirit) was given a very important flesh suit (a vessel) to dwell within, like a temple, because that which is born of the flesh is flesh and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. John 3:6.

Therefore, from day 1, Jesus was born mankind (flesh) and Godkind (the Holy Spirit), because His spirit (truth in that human) was the Word of God issuing from the Father as a son. More specifically, Jesus is the servant/body of God because the Word of God was in Him from the beginning. In fact, Jesus gave His fleshly life in service to the Father in accordance with His Word as a loving, dutiful son.

Jesus is both the Son of God and a Son of Man, and only He can proclaim that truth throughout the universe.

Through Jesus and the cross (discussed in detail later), the Word of God gives the believer in the Word the power to become a child of God in the Spirit because the same spirit/Spirit (the Word) in Jesus, as the first child of God, also resides in us. As discussed later, this is why we who are "born again" of the Spirit are said to comprise and be alive "in Him" representing the body of Christ Jesus today on earth.

Yes. Jesus knew who He was from the inside out, as mentioned previously. At a young age many knew He was He had the Word of God in Him. At 12 years old He proved that the God part of Him was and is the Word inside Him.

  • And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast. And when they had fulfilled the days, as they returned, the child Jesus tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother knew not of it. But they, supposing him to have been in the company, went a day's journey;  and they sought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance. And when they found him not, they turned back again to Jerusalem, seeking him. And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions. And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding and answers. And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing. And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business? Luke 2:42-49.

The Word is of the Holy Spirit, or simply the Spirit of God, and is the very reason why Jesus IS the only begotten Son of God and the Jewish Messiah from birth.

Jesus and the cross are the door and doorway to the Father!

Jesus said:

...I am the door... John 10:17 and 19.

Jesus also said:

...I am the way, the truth, and the life:

no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6.

God the Father wants us to know Him, but He is Spirit, and we are flesh. He said we can come to know Him by learning His Word. Jesus has the Father's Word in Him when He said:

  • Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Matthew 11:29.
  • It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me. John 6:45.

Jesus brought us the Father's Word within Him as man's truth and showed us that we, too, can live forever by that same Spirit!

  • But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Matthew 4:4, and Luke 4:4.

Thus, those who believe shall live forever, and those who do not believe shall die forever. Because Jesus is the Word for all of mankind and the Word is written in the King James Bible, is it really very surprising that mankind corrupted the Word of God by changing it through the decades? No. In fact, most so-called Bibles aren't Bibles because they remove the term Holy Ghost. That's like saying a family has three people and naming only two to make sure the third goes unnoticed. The Holy Ghost is the Spirit of Truth. If the enemy can remove that reference to the Spirit of Truth, then even the church at large loses sight of the truth over time. Sadly, some of them know it and need to repent, but won't because of their status or position in this world. Let's pray they do the right thing and repent.

Yes. From the beginning of time and forever thereafter, the Father's (God's) Word is THE doorway to the Spirit, and Jesus the man is the physical door to the Spirit.

The Word foretells of the temporary life on earth for all and an eternal life in heaven for the children of God, but not everyone is a child of God, despite what you may have been told, taught, or think. To be a child of God, you must be "born again" of the Spirit.

As humans, our first introduction to God is through the Word of God. The Word is in the Bible. Jesus, the Word, said:

  • I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. John 10:9.
  • Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:5-6.

When Jesus offered Himself (His body, soul, and spirit) on the cross to be murdered by crucifixion, He shed His blood and died. He did so in love of us and to prove the Father (God) is love. In so doing, his unjust and undeserved death cleanses the believer from the death penalty for their sins and gives us the power to become sons of God!

In the supernatural of the Spirit, the Word of God is the doorway of the Spirit.

In the natural of the human realm, Jesus and the cross is the physical door to the Spirit. This fact is even written in heaven, just as the bible said it would be, and long before the people of the bible had a telescope! (See the graphic pictorial below.)

For everyone born again of the Spirit, our spirit (truth) is reborn by the Word and the Holy Ghost (Spirit of Truth) bears witness to our spirit (truth) inside us.

  • The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Romans 8:16-18.

Jesus is often referred to as shepherd for all who will be svaed and live forever with Him. Thus, the saved are His metaphorical sheep and the Spirit realm of heaven is our pasture.

  • I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. John 10:9.

We "go in and out" of the Spirit now in this lifetime through prayer. Again, hiding or removing the Spirit of Truth (the Holy Ghost) from the New Testament of the Bible, as some so-called "versions" do, is a very bad idea. Unfortunately, many preachers want to stay between you and God because of their worldly position, i.e., their job, not because of God's will. Those who do not teach these foundations are not teaching properly.

Jesus is the Word of God and savior of the world.

Jesus is a child of God (of the Spirit) and a child of mankind (of the flesh). He said,

...the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

John 6:63.

No. Whatever happened is a fact to be believed. There can be no faith in something that has already happened because it is a fact.

For example, the death of Jesus on the cross and His resurrection to life thereafter are facts. They are well-documented events of human history. In fact, most of the original disciples, more than five hundred (500) miscellaneous people who knew Jesus, and Paul (the guy who authored almost 2/3 of the New Testament) all saw Him alive days after His lifeless body was taken off the cross He was nailed to and buried in a tomb.

  • For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. 1 Corinthians 15:3-8.

Therefore, the events of Jesus' death and resurrection are facts to be believed. When we believe the facts about the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus and the promise of salvation He gave us, we receive His Word, which promises the same eternal life He has. From that Word, we have the “power to become” God's sons (children) through repentance from our sinful ways. Thus, adoption by God is through faith in the Father's Word. However, faith is belief put into action, i.e., conduct (action) in reliance on the belief. Confessing (admitting) sin and repentance from sin (conduct) are the actions of faith needed to be born again and saved when our bodies die. Both confession and a heart of desire to repent (a penitent heart) are required to be born again of the Spirit (saved) and live forever. Even if our flesh struggles with repentance, we tough it out!

  • I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Luke 13:3 and 5.
  • The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count  slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9.

Pictorial: God is a consuming fire.

  • Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? 2 Peter 3:12.
  • For our God is a consuming fire. Hebrews 12:29.

Metaphor? Coincidence?

The Hubble Space Telescope provides a detailed look at the core of the giant spiral galaxy Messier 51 (M51) shown in both photos. Most sources agree that M51 is located around 25 million light-years away. A "light year" is about six trillion miles.

Coincidence?

You decide after you consider the odds. Please see the NASA video below.
